Cabinet approved the signing of a new cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Industry and the Official Credit Institute (ICO) for the implementation of the Plan Avanza financing line 2 with the budget of 200 million euros for 2010.
This amount initial amount of 200 million euros, provided by the Department of Telecommunications and Information Society, can be extended by the addenda to the agreement.
Like the previous line of funds (2006-2010), the line ‘Avanza2 ICO-Plan 2010-2015 “aims to encourage and stimulate investment in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through provision of credit to the public and companies.
This financing consists of three types of loans. The first of that, ‘ICTs Loans’, worth of 132 million euros, to help them finance investment by small and medium enterprises to incorporate ICT in their business.
In this type of loan will finance up to 100% of the investment with a maximum of € 200,000 per customer per calendar year and the repayment period is 36 months with the possibility of three qualifications.
For its part, ‘Youth and College Loan’ has a budget of 34 million euros and aims to finance the purchase of computer equipment and Internet bandwidth for young people between 18 and 35 students already enrolled in university Spanish.
In this case, we will finance up to 100% of the investment with a maximum of $ 3,000 per customer per calendar year with a repayment period of 60 months.
Finally, “Loans to Digital Citizenship ‘, worth € 34,000,000, financed with public purchases of computer equipment and Internet bandwidth.
The maximum funding period for this loan is $ 3,000 per customer, per calendar year and payment period is 36 months with the possibility of three qualifications.
