Often we often refer to credit cards to a card that we carry in our wallets and that has been issued by a bank or savings. But must differentiate what is a credit card with a debit because although there are similarities, the differences between them are really important, especially when deciding which is most appropriate to the individual.
Both credit cards and debit cards are more common than currently exist, both types of company are issued by banks and savings and serve both for purchases in stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, Internet, etc., as to make cash withdrawals via ATMs.
But, then what is the difference between credit and debit cards?
The main difference its own brand name is that for example debit cards as long as we use our bank’s current account balance has to debit payments. That is while we have money available in cash.
In contrast, the credit card offer us just that, a credit or loan that the bank or we have and then have to be repaid as agreed with the company, usually monthly. Obviously cash withdrawals or payments with a credit card at an additional cost to our bank will charge you, in what is known as interest.
Then, within credit cards exist basic differences between the platinum or gold, the main difference between these three types of credit cards will be given by the limit of payment or withdrawal of money that may be made. But we’ll talk to you in a subsequent article in more detail.
