Fiat 500 was named the best car design world, 2011

WCDY 2009 started in 2004 and a team of assessors is a jury of automotive journalists from various countries of the world.
This year the jury WCDY 2009 was Robert Cumberford (Auto & Design magazines), Akira Fujimoto (editor of Car Styling magazine), Silvia Baruffaldi (managing editor of Auto & Design magazines), and Tom Matano (Director of the School of Industrial Design Academy, the Art University in San Francisco, USA).
“One word for this car is Icon (icon). This car is returned with the spirit of the Fiat 500 in 1958 the first generation ago and still give a touch of classical with modern design,” said Cumberford.
